PURCHASING PRODUCTS

You must be aged 18+ to buy goods from Bound2Impress Limited.

The delivery address you give must match your credit/debit card billing address (see below).

Once the checkout process has been completed you will be sent an email of confirmation listing the products you've purchased along with a despatch date.

CREDIT CARDS AND SECURITY

You are safe to enter your personal details without fear of anyone but Bound 2 Impress being able to see them. Our credit card payments are made through SagePay. Their technology encrypts your card details which means you are safe to enter your card details without fear of anyone (including Bound 2 Impress) being able to see them.

Sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database protected by multiple government-approved firewalls. The link with SagePay is designed so that B2I Ltd doesn't hold sensitive information on its website.

When you reach the page requesting your credit card details, an icon will be displayed at the bottom of your browser to prove that a secure connection to the server has been made. This indicates that the information transmitted from your browser to us is encrypted and cannot be intercepted by anyone else. All personal information given by you is private and confidential and B2I Ltd will never pass your personal details onto any third party.  We will only use your email address to contact you about your order.

In accordance with security guidelines and in an attempt to combat credit card fraud, if the delivery address given doesn't match the credit/debit card billing address, we will require proof of identification. A copy of your passport, driving licence or a utility bill showing your name and address matching your credit card billing will need to be sent to us.

These procedures are carried out to protect ourselves from credit card fraud and to protect our customers and the person who owns the credit card.

In compliance with UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow extremely strict security protocol in storing and disclosing the information which you have supplied us. To prevent unauthorised access, we may sometimes require proof of your identity before we can disclose sensitive information to you.
All credit/debit cards are debited in the name of 'B2I Ltd'.

If you are shopping outside the European Union your credit card company will convert your transaction to the appropriate currency.

CARRIAGE

Our packages are sent out in plain packaging with no indication of the contents.
All products are shipped as soon as possible subject to credit clearance, payment being confirmed and availability of stock. We use real-time stock control so if you have placed an order, we almost always have it available to ship.

We do NOT post to Post Office Boxes.

If, for whatever reason, goods are delayed longer than the date advised, B2I will inform the customer, and the customer has the right to cancel any order if the despatch date is unsuitable.

In the case of multiple purchases, stock items will not be delayed by items on back order.

RETURNS POLICY

Any faulty product may be returned to us for a replacement or full refund within 14 days from recieving the goods. If returning any item, please inform B2I within 7 days of receiving the goods and please do not return goods without confirming with us beforehand. >returns@bound2impress.com

Refunds on non-faulty goods will only be given on goods that haven't been opened or used in any way. Goods must be returned in perfect condition. For reasons of hygiene, products cannot be returned unless the product is proven to be faulty, unfit for purpose or not of a satisfactory quality. We cannot accept any returns that are soiled or worn.

Customers should return items by recorded post. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. The Company reserves the right to charge a fee where returned items have been damaged due to improper re-packing.

If you are returning items from outside the UK, please mark clearly on the Customs declaration that the items are being returned to the manufacturer, in order that customs charges are not incurred.

If we have mis-delivered an item, please return it to us together with our invoice, and we will replace it with the correct item at our postal cost, and will refund your postage cost.

VAT (Value Added Tax)
VAT is charged at the standard rate at the time of despatch (currently 15%) to all UK customers and members of the European Union.

All other international orders will not have VAT charged on them but import and any local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

DISCLAIMER

We have taken care to ensure the items featured on our website have been accurately photographed, described and their styles and colours accurately reproduced, however, some variations may occur.

The acceptance of an order may be revoked, (in whole or part) or delivery dates postponed by us without liability, in the event of any contingency beyond our control which does or in our opinion is likely to prevent, hinder, delay, interrupt or interfere with the fulfilment of the order or any part of it.

B2I reserves the right to change the specification and/or prices of any item listed on this website without prior notice.

All goods must be paid for in advance. No credit accounts are accepted.

All items remain the property and ownership of B2I until payment has been received.

When you purcahse these goods from us you imdemnify the site owner(s) from all claims and/or damages that may arise from the general use and/or the regular use of these items. When you purchase these items, you do so in the knowledge that you agree to all the terms herein and that follow.

All products in this website are sold on the basis that they will only be used by consenting adults as novelty items only, Bound2Impress Limited do not condone their improper use in any way at all.
